Washington State Fusion Center
Ms. Kia Graham has served as the Counterterrorism Analyst at the Washington State Fusion Center, located in the Seattle FBI Headquarters, since early 2009. She routinely provides threat assessments and briefings related to Terrorism, Violent Extremism, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and various other threat-related topics.
She is also a Warrant Officer in the Army Reserves, serving for more than 15 years. She began her military career as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, then certified as a Counterintelligence Special Agent, and then later certified as a Human Intelligence Collector (Interrogator). She spent approximately three years in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, focusing on long-term detention intelligence collection and exploitation. She was also deployed to Iraq where she spent 7 months conducting collection and exploitation operations. She most recently spent a year in Afghanistan where she led an Internment and Prosecution Analysis support team for the Afghan Criminal Court System, writing prosecution packages and helping the Afghan Prosecutors indict detainees under their new anti-terrorism laws.
Ms. Graham continues to utilize her technical expertise in Military Intelligence, Criminal Intelligence Analysis, and Counterterrorism to serve both locally and abroad.
